8 Game season with single elimination championship tournament.
* ATTENTION to ALL TEAMS: All teams are required to pay the following fee schedule: $75.00 per Team (+$12.00 per Non-Resident player, IF majority of the team does not live within the city of White House, TN). Put simply, a team with more than half of its players living outside of White House city limits, each of those players will need to come to our office, Monday - Thursday / 7:15 AM - 5:15 PM, and pay an additional $12.00 (cash or check), prior to the first game. If they do not pay, they cannot play. Team Fee of $75.00, must be paid in full at time of registration. A late fee may be charged for registration received after a designated date.
**ATTENTION to ALL FREE AGENTS: Please fill out the registration boxes as if you are the team captain & "sponsoring yourself." ALSO, Free Agents will be placed on a team with other Free Agents, unless another team WILLINGLY accepts a new player. A minimum of 5 total free agents must register, in order to create a new team. If Free Agents aren't picked up, you will be eligible for a complete refund.

Hold Harmless Agreement
I/We hereby assume the risk for injuries that my be sustained in pursuit of activities while on the premises and hereby remise, release, and forever discharge the City of White House, and its officers and employees, from any actions, suites, damages, claims, or judgments that may result from any personal injury or other damages sustained while on the premises of the City of White House, or using the equipment of the City of White House. I/We further relieve the City of White House, and its officers and employees, from any liability for loss or damage to any property that may be damaged, lost or stolen while on the premises. In cases in which this release is signed by parents or guardians for a child under age 18, the parents or guardians assume the risk of injury to the child, or loss of or damage to personal property and release the city, and its officers and employees, from all claims, suits, damages, or judgments that may result from these injuries or losses that the parents of guardians might have against the City of White House, or its officers and employees.
